Cris Sirc (aka Sirc) has been performing and producing music since the mid 90s. Starting out buying a simple Korg M1 keyboard and using the Atari 2600 with Cubase, this simple, raw set up taught Sirc how to use minimal equipment to produce experimental electronic sounds.
After hearing Neil Boyack & Marcus Bridges had started to noodle around with guitars and crazy effects, Sirc's ears pricked up and joined the outfit along with Ben Bridges on drums. They would eventually be called Angler and produce 3 studio and 2 live albums earning 4 stars in Rolling Stone magazine. Tragedy hit the band just before the release of the first album "In search of charm" after we lost a great friend and inspiration Marcus Bridges. His brother Ben stepped up and into his shoes and a new drummer came on board, Ross Germaine.
Sirc would go on to start his solo project and play live around Melbourne's club scene and headline shows in Hong Kong & the underground rave scene in China. Sirc is still producing music, pushing the envelope of what is techno under the banner of Sirc with side projects under the names, Decoloniser & Fish Minor.
